How do I request a return?Updated 2 years ago

  • Go to the Support landing page and select the return options. 
    • You will need your order ID, email or phone number used to place the order
    • Please provide the reason for the return, so we may help speed up the process. 
  • Once you've submitted the request, please allow 24-48hrs for an agent to process the return request.
  • Once the request has been approved, the return label will be sent via email or can be provided via our chat option. 
  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
